Janet Irizarry
Janet has been working in the Hospitality Industry since the age of 15. She has owned three full service restaurants, and held a director position for Compass Group USA . She currently teaches at the Culinary Institute of America and keeps the Hudson Valley up-to -date on the area's food scene and advocates for food justice on her popular blog and website, www.HudsonValleyEATS.com
